Very little after the first water weight. You body will almost immediately go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down drastically. It will try to save your life by using as few calories as it can. You will quickly become ill. It is the unhealthiest way of losing weight. Better that you continue to eat as you normally do, and add two hours a week of aerobic exercise and strength training. Building muscle mass is the best way to lose fat.

Your body will go into starvation mode and screech to a stall. Your small intestine will become incredibly efficient absorbing every last nutrient and calorie that passes through your metabolism will slow to a crawl so that your body conserves every last calorie and your energy level will drop.
You may learn first hand about ketosis and coma
You will have no energy and depending on your hydration you may die.
As far as weight loss, every individual is different some may lose a lot some none at all. If you have large fat/energy stores your body will start using those stores, if you do not, your body will begin cannibalizing itself, consuming the best food in the world, protein, which is found in muscles including your heart, this is not a good thing as you can imagine.
Hope this helps

Try to burn 500 calories 6 days a week doing cardio and don't cut your calories too low. I don't know your current calorie intake, but keep it under 2000 total and not lower than 1200. If you can incorporate some strength training/weight lifting, this will help you build muscle and increase your metabolism.

Lotta people wrong on this one. 30 years ago I lost 47 lbs. in
16 weeks by drinking anything "diet" and 2 Tbs of Hamburger Helper at dinner. THAT'S IT. I did not die, or go into shock or shut down, go into "starvation mode" or anything you guys are predicting. I did it that way because I learned that if I ate one thing, just one -
I would continue to eat the rest of the day. It's the only way I personally could drop the weight. It worked. And it was less than 200 cal./day. Don't tell people crap that's not true if you don't know the truth.

It wouldn't matter because soon a person starts eating normally again they would gain the weight back. That behavior is very hard on the heart ? Quite possibly, one might need to see a medical doctor to help you lose weight and/or a counselor for eating disorder.
Here's why, when a person tries to control their life through food it's because they feel their life is out of control in other ways.

eating 200 or less calories a day?? you'll definatly lose alot of weight.depends on how long you continue the so called diet/starvation. but doing that is not worth it,cause after a while when you start eating you'll gain weight super fast.

You'd eventually die -- There's no need to count calories -- that's for suckers ---- I've been eating 3000 + calories for 25 years -- I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs ----- I don't eat carbs -- ewww ---- My coloestorol is the best I've ever seen ---- and I'm solid - - -

That would depend on the person doing it, a morbidly obese person would lose loads more than an average person.

your body can't function on that many calories a day, after a while your body will slow down, you metabolism will plummet, and eventually organ failure starting with the kidneys.
