I am a few inches more than i'd like to be in the waist, butt, and thighs. I run every morning and do crunches every night, and I eat as healthy as I can... Is there another way?

Eat all the veggies and fruit you want. Cut down on fat. Forget that cookies, chips, ice cream and all those things that taste so good even exist, especially, watch the snacks between your evening meal and bed time. Breakfast should be your largest meal. Supper should be your smallest simply because you have all day to exercise the breakfast calories off, but the supper calories have all night to attach themselves to your waistline and your behind.

Increase your exercise too. Park far away from the store so you have to walk both ways longer. Put away your laundry in several loads rather than one humongous one. Use the stairs as much as possible. You don't have to join a gym, just be as physical as possible in your day to day life. Some research has found that 4 ten minute exercise sessions is better for you than one 40 minute session.

eat normal healthy meals. TRY to get in a little carbs in your meals. take in VERY LITTLE fried food, sweets, chips, sodas, alchol. and if your hungry, eat fruits. there are different exercises for toning your butt waist and thighs. what i do was to concentrate on the part i want to make smaller first,e.g (thighs= cycle, run, climbing stairs) (arms= lifting dumbbells,push-ups)etc.
