We broke up a year ago, he was with another girl for a while, he recently broke up with her. He started being more friendly. I still care for him but I am not sure if it is wise to invite him at my birthday parti. I would like to be back with him, but I want to see him realy fighting for the relationship, that would prove me he is realy serious about it. Would it be ok to invite him on my birthday parti?

of course you should invite him. if you want to be back with him as you say , inviting him over is a good start. Just make the first step and then let him to chase you

I don't think you should invite him. Now that he is broken up don't make it so easy for him to walk back in your life. There is nothing wrong with playing a little hard to get.
