I feel nausea, and tired plus the sinus drainage and a sore throat.

Ginger and peppermint can help with the nausea. You can consume these as tea if you wish. Ginger is also a natural antihistamine. You may want to look at some interesting ginger products here: http://www.wellbaskets.com/ginger.html. Licorice may help soothe your throat as well as help you with coughing (if that is a problem as well).

It depends on what you're allergic to.

Some people suggest honey. With your symptoms, I would suggest tea with a spoon of honey, a bunch of lemon, and a dash of ginger or fresh ginger sliced into it. If nothing else, that should help with the nausea.

Meanwhile, get whatever you're allergic to out of your environment.
