Why do you want to do that? 'dll' stands for 'dynamic link library', it contains compiled code which you can not read. There are tools though that allow you to see what interfaces and methods are available in the dll, a quick Google search gave me for instance this one http://www.ucware.com/apev/index.htm

a .dll extension is a library file for windows which is used by a program to run. dont mess around with .dll files located in the windows folder
