A lot of you say it's about being illegal -- if that is really true then I ask you -- how many of you speed? Park illegally? Smoke marijuana? Have oral sex?. That's illegal too.

Georgia code section 16-6-2 provides a 1 to 20 year mandatory sentence for any adults consenting to "any sexual act involving the sex organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another". Married couples are not excluded from this law.

No, it has nothing to do with race. They keep trying to pull the race card and no one really gives a damn. It is the fact that there are laws and the Hispanics should NOT be given any special treatment for breaking those laws. They should be forced to go back and wait in line to do things the right way. There should not be any forgiving for this because it is a crime.
I am Germany heritage and I would be saying the same thing if 12 million Germans were here ILLEGAL...go home!!

Those things you mention are illegal, but you are overlooking the fact that MILLIONS of immigrants came to the US and became US Citizens, learned to speak English and adapt to the American way of life. Illegal hispanics do not. They would rather cry and complain by demanding amnesty than follow the examples of the other immigrants. Why should they be given "special treatment"??? Other immigrants didn't get special treatment.

WRONG. I lived in San Antonio for three years, and with a couple of exceptions where I was discriminated against as a white person, I found the folks of Hispanic descent to be great people -- very friendly, very family-oriented, willing to help you out if you needed it, and just trying to make a living like everyone else. So I have nothing against anyone of any racial/ethnic background emigrating to the U.S. LEGALLY. The only reason the Hispanic population has been zeroed in on is because the vast majority of illegal aliens in this country are of Hispanic descent. My views on illegal aliens in this country are simple: Don't care where you're from; if you didn't emigrate to the U.S. legally, you need to be sent back to your country of origin. And if you're an illegal alien and you commit a crime in this country, you belong in jail just like all the American citizens that commit crimes here.

Everytime someone has to throw the race card. They are illegal. If I break a law and get caught then I face up to it. The people who enter this country illegally think they are above the law . It doesnt matter if they are hispanic or African or any other nationality.

I don't have a problem with any race coming to AMERICA. I do have a problem with any race who has the audacity to sneak in and after there are thousands here of whatever race has come try and change AMERICA. I am an American-I speak English-I have no desire to learn your language as I never intend to visit your country. I work and pay my bills. I don't appreciate your family sneaking over here and the females get on welfare, while the males work and make as much as I do and don't pay taxes. The children get free medical care and if the women are pregnant they get free care. My tax $$$ paying for it. I don't appreciate any race coming here and trying to change our flag or our national anthem. If they don't like what we have go back where you came from. I don't care what race you are. You stay here-then pay your dues. Stop using my tax dollars.

it all comes down to the fact that Americans are xenophobics. but they let their feelings subside when they hire illegals to do cheap labor, because its jobs americans think they're too above to take. and that criminals ****, with our without mexicans, there are always gonna be crime in America, gangs in america started with the Irish. the first oppressed immigrant working class were the English! then the Irish then the Chinese, it was not until the gold rush-great depression-WWII (US govt gave citizenship to Puerto Ricans just so they would would have to go fight overseas), Present day. You wanna build a wall to keep immigrants out? who are you gonna get to build that wall?! XD
