Okay, my sister is about nine and she ALWAYS annoys my brother and they fight all the time and they are hell to live with. And it's been this way for five years. Oh, and also my sister gets to sleep over peoples houses, and go swimming and all of that when she acts like a #$%*
What do i do? i need some really good revenge.

Just leave your 9 year old sister alone. In time she'll grow up, have friends of her own and not even have time to bother you, which by now you might actually miss. Let her bug you for now, it's kind of like her job as the younger sis.
Big deal, just be the bigger and more mature person, and don't pay attention to her. B/c, everyone knows, the more attention you pay her, the most she'll do it to get a rise out of you. So don't give her that opportunity. Ignore, go on with your life.

Seriously though, if she is around 9, and has been doing this since she was about 4, you have to look at the whole thing in context. She's just a little kid. Little kids are often obnoxious and annoying. It comes with the territory. She will probably change completely once she hits 11 and her whole world changes from torment, to clothes, fads, friends, and boys. Then you'll have to worry about when she becomes a teenager! Here's hoping that her attitude doesn't continue through those years! Chances are it won't, and when you and her look back in years to come, you can tease the heck out of her about what a little brat she was back then.
But if you really don't feel like waiting that long, you can always try sneaking in some salt to her breakfast cereal, or mustard into her peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Something harmless, funny, but creative. *LOL* JK!=Just Kidding!
As with anything, these are just opinions to be kept or left as you see fit. Let your conscience be your guide.

What's wrong with her getting to go places when she's acting like a brat? I can see how It would be annoying to have your brother and sister fighting all the time, since my two brothers and sister are always fighting, and bugging each other..... why do you wan revenge? Just try to handle yourself.... she's only nine after all, she'll get better in a few years.

Nope - you need to be more mature.
Revenge will only start a vicious circle, and you'll ultimately end up being even more unhappy than you are now. Kids that age are still learning how to get along with others, and if you fight with them, you'll only teach them that fighting is the only way to relate with someone.
Try being nice to your siblings. It may confuse them at first, but they may respond to you the same way. That may confuse you too, but once you all figure it out, you might be surprised to find that you like each other.

Find a quiet room, or a calm place like a park or a church. Sit in silence until you can hear your inner voice speaking to you. When you have heard that voice, you will be ready to return to the stress that is family life. You will also find that your thoughts of revenge have been replaced by thoughts of how to promote peace and harmony among others.

Well, you can tell that you too are a child. This is your family and at that age kids can be very annoying.
Revenge is NOT the answer! It is never a good thing in any situation.
Learn how to live with the situation...talk to your parents about it...maybe they can help.
But I guarantee you that revenge is NEVER the answer.
Vengeance is mine says the Lord...I will repay.
Try praying for your family...God can change anything for the better.

you don't need revenge you need to grow up, and stop being jealous, ignore the pair of them go out with your friends and enjoy yourself.

okay i think u should strait up tell ur sister wat shes doing rong then tell her that shes being annoing then if she doesnt listen 2 u then just tell ur mom or dad and tell them that itz not fair that she getz 2 go 2 pplz houses and u dont if u do that then im sure everything will work out great.

Use her tooth brush to clean the toilet bowl and put clear plastic wrap under the toilet seat right before she goes to use it.
