Definitely check the TSA website. Here's a relevant quote from there:
"To ensure the health and welfare of certain air travelers, in the absence of suspicious activity or items, greater than 3 ounces of the following liquids, gels and aerosols are permitted through the security checkpoint in reasonable quantities for the duration of your itinerary (all exceptions must be presented to the security officer in front of the checkpoint):
* Baby formula and breast milk if a baby or small child is traveling..."
Also, if you're taking any kind of liquid or gel (lip gloss, breath spray, etc), they will provide a plastic baggie before you enter security for you to put those things in. Make sure it's less than 3 oz and keep the baggie separated out from your other parcels while you go through security. They won't even let you take a clear bottle of water unless you drink it all first, take it through security empty, and fill it up again on the other side. You could certainly do something similar for your child's juice bottle. I flew to Vegas, Indianapolis, Phoenix and Los Angeles on several trips in May and that was the current state of things.

You are allowed to take certain types of liquids and gels on the aircraft with you - I would suggest that you visit the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/ as there are different regulations when traveling with a child (i.e. the formula, etc..) Also you are allowed to purchase drinks, etc... after you have gone through the security checkpoint and bring those items on the aircraft with you.
Hope this helps and have a great flight!

To be honest, I've flown several times since the new TSA requirements. I've found them to be pretty flexible with parents. I took juice, food, you-name-it and didn't have any problems.
Just be cool about it. If anything's questioned, just have them throw it away. Probably you can buy more on the other side of security. A carton of juice or milk isn't expensive enough to really be a real worry.
For more information about flying with children, see below.

Hi there, actually you are allowed to bring in milk or juice that is enough for the consumption of your baby during the flight.

check out the airport website. It will have up to date info on what is allowed. Without knowing where you are travelling through, I can't help any more than that! Happy travels!

You may carry 3 oz. bottles of fluids, plainly marked, in their bottles (with all the bottles placed in a clear zip-lock bag).
At least that's the way it was 3 weeks ago when I travelled.
I don't know if there are any exceptions for baby formula, etc.
