Seems to be a contradiction here. This person is saying, on the one hand:
"Even reading and explaining the Gospel to an unsaved person will do no good. God teaches us in Matthew 13:13:
Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
God tells us that He does not intend to save everyone in the world"
... and on the other hand:
"I am not sure if you are saved, only God knows that. Perhaps one day in your life He will draw you to Him. All we can do as Christians is spread the Gospel to you. The rest is up to God. God is Merciful, cry out to him. "
Well if we're already condemned whatever we do, what's the point of praying? And if we're already 'saved', then likewise. And why say to spread the Gospel, and that it will do no good, in the same breath?
Can anyone please explain this apparent self-contradiction?
