It is legal. The courts have ruled on it over and over and over again. That is why we have to pay it.

Power to the 16th amendment!

It is a legal tax because the powers in power (the judicial branch, the legislative branch and the legislative branch) say it is legal. That is how life works. The ones with the power make the rules and everyone else is stuck with them.

If you believe otherwise, be prepared to spend more time in jail than Paris HIlton.

The Supreme Court, exercising their Constitutional authority, has ruled numerous times that it is not illegal. Since the Constitution states that the Supreme Court makes that decision, yo have no argument.

Well, it is a direct tax. Direct taxes were one of the reasons our forefathers fought in the Revolution. I believe the 13th amendment to the constitution legalized income tax. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It is only an illegal tax on illegal aliens. If you are legal citizen, it is legal. You don't have to pay it if you choose to not live free.

One should never argue with an imbecile, because they will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Income tax is not illegal. Read the Constitution.

hehehe
I have a son with your problem.

We have to pay it BECAUSE IT IS LEGAL !!!

Regardless of what you want to believe the fact is that it is legal.
Anyone who states otherwise is just trying to find an excuse to not pay taxes.

A) The word is "Since".....and it's poor word usage anyway.

B) No one who matters (ie the Court System) agrees with you.

Stop filing and paying and see what happens.
