It sounds goods and the fats in nuts are actually important for you. Go too low in fats and you won't lose as much fat.

Follow the same trend for lunch. Keep it simple. Vegetables (aka salad), fruit some protein, like lean meat, cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt, eggs, etc. You could add a whole grain wrap or bread. Watch your dressing so you don't kill the whole thing.

Keep your water intake up.

The closer your food is to natural, meaning minimally processed, the better it is for you.

well, if you are trying ot loose weight I would eat a healthy cereal like kashi. I would eat tuna, grilled chicken, salad. There are many healthy recipes @ www.allrecipes.com allows you to search for many different ones. I think it was healthy as snacks but not as an entire meal. Also, how much weight are you looking to lose because you should only be losing 1-2 pounds per week.

The first-class factor to do is to check out unique meals for breakfast and lunch. Try to not consume the equal factor every day. Here is a few healthful suggestions for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast one million: Boiled egg on wholemeal toast Small purple apple Skimmed milk (to drink) Breakfast two: A bowl of chew dimension shredded wheat with skimmed milk Handful of berries Glass of water Breakfast three: Fruit salad along with berries, part a banana and an apple Freshly squeezed orange juice from two oranges Lunch one million: Wholemeal bread sandwich with turkey and salad. Water Lunch two: two egg omelette filled with vegetables and any meat Water Lunch three: Chicken salad with lettuce, fowl breast, pepper, cucumber and tomato Remember to consume adequate carbs, protein, fats and sugar and do not cross below one million,2 hundred energy an afternoon.

It's healthy BUT....is it going to hold you until lunch? A healthy breakfast isn't doing any good if at 10:00 you have to sneak away to the break room and scarf down a Krispy Kreme fat bomb.

depending on the quantity it is ok. i would suggest you eat some bread though. bread is largely fibers, and fibers fill very well, making you less hungry throughout the day. Dairy is easily digested, and therefor you will get hungry sooner.

otherwise its fine! keep up the good work.

a good idea is to eat bread for breakfast and lunch. avoid sweet topping like jam or harty like paenutbutter, instead try lean meats such as chicken, or beef. (ofcourse no mayo, and go easy on the butter/margerine)

Make sure you drink a lot of water, and supplement any decreased nutrients with a daily vitamin.

Other than that - everyone is right - you sound like you're on the right track!

Good choices, pat yourself on the back! But how about some egg whites, cooked in a pan with cooking spray? Protein is great for increasing your metabolism.

You had fruit, which was very healthy, and a non-fat yogurt. You are eating which is healthy, and is non-fat. Very good.
