M$-Outlook is a Personal Information Manager, not just an Email client (Outlook Express).
If you're looking for a better (safer) Email client, try:

The new Windows Live Hotmail (full version) has much of the look and feel of Outlook and OE including click and drag, preview pane, etc. You can see the features at the webpage below:
