does anyone work as an advisor for lloydstsb - how much bonus do you get for "flavours" and performance

if taken as a lump sum each month how much does the flavours package increase your salary by?? how much extra do you get??? is it decent or does it just work out a few pounds extra??? much appreciated if someone out there who works as an advisor would let me know as dont want to start if its going to work out crap!!!

If you have been offered a job, speak to some-one in their HR Dept. and ask for further details of the Bonus Scheme including current average payouts.

This is not an unreasonable request prior to deciding if you want to accept the Job.
