Tom Cruise.
Kidding, of course.
I'm not too sure about what "celebrities" today actually believe, but since I think that historical figures should counts as "famous" then I'll list a couple of them. I'm not too audacious as to say that I'm like these people, rather I admire their spiritual beliefs.
With that said I appreciate the raw honesty of St. Augustine, the compassion of Mother Theresa and the devotion and peacefulness of Gandhi.

"I am a deeply religious non-believer. This is a somewhat new kind of religion." -- Albert Einstein
"It was, of course, a lie what you read about my religious convictions, a lie which is being systematically repeated. I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it.” -- Albert Einstein

Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man.
- Bertrand Russell

There really aren't any. There are famous Wiccans and Goddess-worshippers, but science-loving, folk-magick-practicing, eclectic Neo-Pagans? None that I know. And that's okay.
