running don't get you anywhere. What would we run from? God knows all things so it couldn't be from Him..The runners will run till they get tired and that's when God steps in..

I wouldn't exactly say they are "running" from anyone. Instead, they are more like a deer in headlights. They sit in their blind ignorance and try to convince the world that God doesn't exist. There is no running - only those who believe in Him can run from Him and that is usually when we feel we have hit such a low place that we dread to stand before Him.
The others - that don't believe - are only blind to the truth. They will never see Him the way you or I do - they will never see Him period until God finally reveals Himself when it is time. The song Amazing Grace holds great truth in its meaning. While you and I can see and we have found Him, all the rest are lost and blind.
But that's okay - my heart pities them - but it was foretold in the Bible that MANY would try to refute Him and shun Him and try to get others to do the same -as well as be against all of us that do believe. It is the way it is and will be until the day comes. Then.....I don't even want to think about those people and what they are going to go through.

I believe you can't. Look at Paul in Acts 9, He did not believe in Jesus and was persecuting all who did. On the way to Damascus, he had an encounter with Him.
3 As he was approaching Damascus on this mission, a light from heaven suddenly shone down around him. 4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul! Saul! Why are you persecuting me?”
5 “Who are you, lord?” Saul asked.
And the voice replied, “I am Jesus, the one you are persecuting! 6 Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.
This encounter changed his life and he who was persecuting others for beleiving in Christ ended up a believer himself.
15 But the Lord said, “Go, for Saul is my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles and to kings, as well as to the people of Israel.
John 3:16 tells us about how God loves us so much that He sent Christ to pay for our penalties on the cross. In Jonah 1 we see that no matter how we try to run or hide God always knows where we are.
3 But Jonah ran away from the LORD and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the LORD.
4 Then the LORD sent a great wind on the sea, and such a violent storm arose that the ship threatened to break up. 5 All the sailors were afraid and each cried out to his own god. And they threw the cargo into the sea to lighten the ship.
From these two teachings I have based my beleif that God will and can always find me no matter how far I ran.

I Know God exists.. But the reason I'm answering this question is because, I believee atheists and such people who don't believ in a spiritual being aren't actually hiding from God, They just don't want to conform to the ideals of religion, and the morals and law and order a certain religion might have. I'm a Muslim and I obviously not only believe in Allah but know he exists.... But yea, technically they don't believe he exists so in their minds there is nothing to run from.

If there is a loving god, I have no need to run, he isn't chasing me. If there is no god, obviously I have no need to run. All I have to do is live a decent life, and leave the world a little better for my presence.
If you want to start an intelligent discussion, try reframing the question.

Yep, pretty much. If someone doesn't believe in a god, why would they be running from that god? If there's nothing there, what is there to run from?
And by the way... why do you refer to your god as a "him"? How can you be sure your god is male?

Do you think you can run from the Flying Spaghetti Monster just because you don't believe in him?

I believe in God. However, for those who don't, I do not believe that they can 'run' from Him.
God is everywhere...ever-present.... God is in all things.

Explain to me how someone can run from something that doesn't exist. I mean as a child we run from invisible beings such as the boogie man or monsters but as we grow up and become big boys and girls we realize that things things are just figments of our imaginations.
