If you were married and your wife and someone else had "chemistry", would you mind if they got it out of their system by having sex? If the answer is yes, then don't be a hypocrite.
It's sad you would interfere with someone else's marriage, especially someone who has enabled you to keep a roof over your head, food on your table, etc.
You are ungrateful and you lack morals. I hope you work on changing that.

Depends on how much you want to keep your job. Also, you had better be sure the chemistry is not just in your head.

Do you want to keep your job ? And you will need references if you get canned from the job you have now.If you are smart (and I'm betting that you are) don't do anything that you will feel sorry for later.Your boss may forgive her ....but you my friend will be unemployed !And he could make it very difficult for you getting another job.A 20 minute tumble with her is not worth your good reputation.

Yeah and while your about it ask for a rise. If you want to keep your job dont touch her with a barge poll, cause when the ***** tires of you, she will make sure you are fired anyway.

It may not be what you percieve. I've noticed girls act friendly toward people of the opposite sex and then they turn it around thinking it's an invitation. It may not be and the result of such a mistake would be detrimental.

If you like your job then no but if you feel it is time to move on then no you would be part of ruining a marriage and that's just wrong and bad karma

Why not? It's a free world, and marriage is just a tool of economic and social control. If the boss won't give you a raise, maybe his wife will. ;)

Depending on how you feel about your boss it's a win win situation.
