I am using windows vista.... with a DSl sonnection.

Your firewall may block accsess to the net for Firefox and Safari.

The page was probably designed around ASP, Frontpage or some other Microsoft proprietary design and only works properly in IE.
I use IE only when I have to, and that is situations like you are having, where the page won't load properly in Firefox.

I had same problem about a month ago. Just remove it from PC with add/remove and go on Internet and download it again. It ever gave me back all my bookmarks.

Also, have you installed JAVA?
