If you had cold feet you could have told me. I have some socks you could have borrowed.

1. Would I take you back? Probably not. In relationships, the past is often the best indicator of what the future will bring. If you were spooked then and a "player," then I would not likely be willing to sit around and find out if you'll change. People can change... but they usually don't.
2. How can you get her back? You can talk to her. Write a letter if she won't listen. Explain yourself. Explain how you feel. Try to convince her that you are not just a spooked player. If that doesn't work, then give it up and move on. No sense in turning into a pathetic stalker over it.
Good luck!

You're obviously not ready for a monogamous (one person) relationship. If she takes you back, how long before you start up again with another girl? This is not criticism of you, I just think you should date several people right now. When you're ready for a commitment, you'll know it. Don't hurt this girl again.

I wouldn't take you back but you need to take her somewhere romantic and talk to her. If you are falling for her like you say you are then explain yourself to her other wise you will mess her heart up pretty badly. I am speeking from experience!! I have had this happen to me before.

Tell her you honestly never realised your feelings for her until you seen her at the party, if she has fallen in love with you then she will give you a second chance, surely we all deserve that at least, good luck

If you cannot talk to her--try writing it to her. Explaining. Time is a great healer--communication is necessay. We cannot read others minds. You will need to tell her. She may need proof--as in the time issue. Go slow--as to show the proof. Good luck

I agree... explain over and over if you have to.. communication solves every relationship problem. Or at least helps to work it out . Letters or email are good cause they are not on the defensive emotional mindset while they hear you out :))
