OK, so Earl has his list of wrong doings and he's trying to back pedal and undo all the damage he's done, thus levelling his Karma.

But would the big man upstairs take this as a suitable alternative to confessing his sins (he did after all, write them down) and let him into the big swoire?

is ANYONE deserves to get in heaven, it is Earl! If he is not getting in, I am boycotting heaven.

Earl should definitely go to heaven. How easy is it to "confess" your sins but have no action behind it. Lip service means nothing. Actions speak louder than words and Earl is coming in loud and clear!

I love that show, it's a riot!lol

I'm amazed at the people on here saying karma isn't part of Christianity. It is the same principle as do unto others. I don't feel he is buying his way anywhere. It is too easy to repent and say "I have accepted Jesus as my savior" and think that is enough. Trust me, it is a lot harder to admit your sins and mistakes and actually changed or make up for what you have done. How many of you would be willing to make up for the things you have done, we all have done bad things, big or little. It takes a bigger person to be proactive than to accept Jesus and sit back and think you are done.

No idea who Earl Hickey is but...

Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other...for there is no other name given among men by which we MUST be saved"

If there's a heaven, Earl would be there. Not a doubt in my mind.

Why do you need to know - when the time comes it will be between Earl and his maker.

you can't undo karma in christianity. there's no need to. you just repent and accept christ and he does the rest. he might very well get into heaven, but it's not by the work he's done to make up for the bad. it's just by grace. but this doesn't mean he can just continue without making amends for his past. that's biblical as well. but i do not believe he won't get into heaven if he fails to do it. it's a hard pill to swallow - a god who would be so unconditionally loving. i am so grateful. if what i did or didn't do got me into heaven, i would be in big trouble. i have a very colorful past. and i'm human and subject to failure. but i am clean enough in god's eyes to get into heaven because of jesus. i trip out to see these thoughts come out of me onto paper, because believe me this was far from being my way of life for 33 years.

If he can complete that list before he dies, sure, Heaven awaits. Whatever is left, he will be tormented by his own conscience for.

Nope because he keeps trying to earn his way. He is forgetting the one and only way to salvation, accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
