You can sell it. Probably to a church, or an old hippie. That stuff is expensive.

Burn it in a metal incense burner. Light a piece of liturgical charcoal (little round briquettes) and when it's burning add a few grains of frankincense.
It is quite strong-smelling so only use a little.
Cover the burner with the top and use it to perfume your house.
It is usually used in the Catholic and Orthodox churches as part of the religious rites.
If you are RC you can burn some in front of your favourite statue or icon.

It smell nice burned on charcoal. It does not burn right over flame, or over an electric burner.
It is what you smell as the main incense in churches.
If it is burning right it gives off a lot of white smoke.

It is an incense; it can be used for meditation and ritual. Its purpose is as an incense, and that is where the word incense comes from. It is the hardened resin of a particular tree, and the smoke from burning the resin is highly aromatic.

Well you can use it for what it was meant for. Stick it straight up in a jar and burn it. Most frankincense smells quite nice.

There's a lot on this forum who expect the second coming, so use it towards a welcoming party, and get a couple of friends to bring along some gold and myrrh.
