if he was strong and muscular....it must have mean he had alot of testosterone....and if he had lots of testosterone and never had sex or masturbated......he must have been horny as HELL!

When he was a constructor working with his hands, and eating the foods of his time. Yes that would make him a healthy person.
With him being busy from working with his hands and constructing there would be no time for him to lay around to let the devil play with his mind. Asuring he also had a fit mind as well.
The bible doesnt say exactly if he had sex or not. I for one, wouldnt say at all because the bible doesnt talk about his sexual needs or desires.

He was no stronger physically then other men at his time.
BTW just because someone is strong does not mean they have a lot of testosterone. Many men who life weights actually have lower testosterone, then men who do not.
