Right-click on the Icon and drag it to the Quick Launch bar and release. Then click on "Move here".

Done.

1) Right-click on the taskbar which brings up a context menu.
2) Go to the "Toolbars selection"
3) Make sure "Quick Launch" is checked...if not select it and you will see a little area appear next to (right) the Start button.
4) click and drag desktop shortcuts/icons/etc. to this area and you now have the shortcuts in the quick launch area.
5) You can remove the icons from your desktop.

it's very simple

just right click on ur computer's task bar
go to toolbar option and click on quicklunch toolbar (u also create ur own toobar using new toolbar and create a new folder where saves copmputer u r persnol shortcut which u can see on taskbar)
after open quicklunch / ur own toolbar
just drag icon or shortcut which u want to put in taskbar and drop it in toolbar
