Move to another country, and give up your US citizenship.

The other way is not to make any money, or to make so little each year that you don't owe any taxes.

The third way is to take an "under the table" job and not report your income - this could work for awhile, but when you get caught, be ready to have all of your assets seized, or possibly to face prosecution and jail.

Move to Vietnam they need school teachers, you pay no income tax, no sales tax and little to no house tax. There are many more freedoms here than any country I have ever visited.

Get caught cheating on your taxes and get a long prison sentence--or get yourself framed on a murder rap and get a life-without-pardon sentence. Result: no income and no income tax.
