Hello fellow Christian,
I believe the globe is just fine. I think their are alterior motives behind the hipe, and yes, I believe as you do,,it's against God's teachings to believe the world will be flooded over. . Besides,,,the volcano in Hawaii is producing landmass,,,as we speak! (If you want to get scientific). God love you and keep you!

No, Global warming is not happening. At least not as they it is, or why it is. The current trend is a natural cycle that comes and goes just as cooling cycles do.

I don't think God has much to do with it either, as even he knows this is a natural cycle.

BUT, even if one would believe Global warming was happening and for the reasons that people like AlGore say then isn't the real problem over-population? Sooner or later that problem will be at the forefront, like it or not. If the population could be reduced to about 1/2 of what it is now, then numerous problems facing mankind now would be greatly reduced also. That is simple math.

The starving people in Africa has been a problem for over 60 years, and still we (mankind in general) can't or won't fix the problem. Did you ever notice in the news clips how one woman with starving children has about 6 or 8 children? You could take any headline about this problem and insert it anywhere in the last 60 years or so. The people in Africa need birth control. But, of course, the spread of AIDS in Africa will naturally reduce population, to bad, but a fact.

To continue to inhabit the world mankind must make some hard choices and population control must be the number one
priority. Hopefully God will show us the way.

God said he wouldnt destroy people with a flood again.
Yes I do believe in global warming. The chemicals that people have put into the air are to much for mother nature to turn any hands back. Nature doesnt stand a chance to come out of all the bad toxins people pumped and are pumping into the air. People arent making it any easier because the more oil that is being found, the more people are driving and not being cautious with the situation of pollution that we face today.

Yeah, God said he wouldn't flood the earth, but hey! Revalations is starting to reveal itself! I bet sooner or later, the rapture will happen and the anti-christ will reign! So what if it floods? We'll be gone! You know how I think Revaltions is revealing? Israel said they'd build a walkway right next to the Dome of the Rock.. now that's really compelling, Israel has the most enemies in the world. It's only Ally is US! Read Revalations if you don't know what I mean. Or watch Left Behind.

correction here, he said he would never flood the whole earth again... the fact is God will destroy the earth (most believe by fire) after the rapture, tribulation, etc take place. =)

God Bless

Rev. 21

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

this is what God promised after the flood

15 and I will bring to remembrance My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters will never again become a flood to destroy all flesh

I don't think it's against God's word, because I think that he wants us to be good stewards over the land that he has given us for the time that he has given. There are things that "man" does that deteriotes (sp?) the land, things that I am sure God didn't intend for, and there must be consequences for those said actions. I believe that Global Warming may just be a consequence of not being a good steward.

no
i think the world wont be flood like long time ago(noah era)
maybe the global warming will cause flood, but wont end this world
the things that will end the world is fire as He says in bible"My second come to this world is through fire".

ive heard that in year 2xxx there is an asteroid will strike this world
i think maybe it is the fire that god's have told before
who knows

just prepare ourself to become a goodman, so god don't mad at us
and when the fire come, we'll be saved by god

God gave us the rainbow as a promise not to flood the whole earth again. When Jesus returns to us He will take His followers up and out of the earth. We will be changed into our heavenly being. Then Jesus will send all the turmoil upon the earth as the book Revelation says. Then when it is all done and Satan is thrown into the lake of fire and The whole earth will be restored to its Glory and Heaven will come down and join up with earth. It is a gold city that needs no light for itself illuminates from its splendor.

Revelation has all this in it. Steven Spielberg has nothing on this book of the bible.

Stay safe and keep your eyes focused on Jesus coming down on a cloud in the sky on that great day. As Revelation warns us.

Here lies the contradictory nature of your beliefs with the reality of the natural world.

Science has been describing this type of event for a long time now, and finally people are starting to listen, but only when the evidence can't be ignored, and so much is at stake..

It's a pity the penny doesn't drop as easily for those who prefer a magic sky fairy, to mainstream scientific explanations of the natural world.

It'll be science that describes the event and science that manages it, and not an ounce of gratitude from the fundies.. Typical..

Global warming is a big concern. But, God will handle it in His own way. Maybe it is a sign of His coming soon, or maybe it is a problem that he is setting up for the Anti-Christ to solve so people will be tricked into believing that he is the answer to their problems. Or, maybe it is just a way that God has of reminding us how important our environment is and how we have the choice to fix it or ignore it. Thanks for the question and have a Great day. :)
