Do you dread the summertime? what size shoe do you wear? what kind of sandals do you buy? I got big feet from my mom, most of the women on that side of the family have big feet. I wear a 9.5 but sometimes 10. I want to wear flip flops but feel self concious (sp?) because my feet are so big. I dont have any bunions, corns or calluses just really large feet. Am I the only one?

I am 5'8" and wear a size 10 or 11. Not only are my feet long, but they are very wide with bunions. I am physically thin and attractive, so my feet are probably my worst attribute. I notice people staring incredulously at my feet sometimes, but I will continue to wear exactly what I want, within my taste. I actually prefer sandals. Don't let your thoughts about your feet control what you wear. I'm sure they look better than you think. Go buy a pair of cute sandals -- you know you've been eyeing some!

Awe, Hun, many beautiful women have big feet, and most hate them. Yet, covering them up is not the answer. In my own experience, I found embracing your flaws is the best way to gain confidence. Try finding colorful and creative flip-flops, along with a nice shade of nail-polish. It may draw attention to your feet. However, most people will be looking at how lovely and taken care of they look instead of the size. Plus, buying flip-flops with an arch will give your feet more curve, causing them to seem more slender. I also would go for a darker color. Just as clothing, darker colors slim down size. For more help in this situation, wear short-short to lengthen your legs may cause the size of your feet appear not as large.
However, on a more personal note. If people stare at your feet and think of how large they are, they need to get a life. Your feet seem well taken care of, so never feel as if anyone has the right to criticize you. Do what you think looks great on you! It is your body, you have the right to dress it the way you want (as long as it doesn't get you grounded) :D

Whatever! You do not have big feet if you wear a size 9.5! How tall are you? The size of your feet go by your height. Also your weight. Are you the proper size for your height? If not then your shoe size can reflect that. If you don't have anything unsightly on your feet go get a pedi and show them big dogs off!
A lot of women wear a size 10, even 11, so you are not the only one and they show their feet proudly with bunions and corns to boot! So don't be self conscience! If its that bad then wear long skirts or flowy pants to cover up your insecurities of your feet.

definatly not, I have size 9.5 feet, my mom has size 11. Feel lucky, the bigger you go the harder it is to find shoes. I don't dread the summer time, and I wear flip flops all the time. Most people aren't even looking at your feet.

I have big feet too 9-9.5 and you know what?Don`t be ashamed of them really I think if their looking at the size of my feet then their looking really hard lol Blind freddy would be glad to see them right lol,and another thing is your feet have carried you everywhere you wanted to go, so respect them lol otherwise you are going to feel self conscious all your life and that is not a good thing.

Babygirl, I wear a 9.5 shoe. untill I read this, I had no clue my feet are big. I shop any where I want to and I wear white shoes in the summer.

I located on a length 9. So no, no longer probable. relatively, the way I see it, I even have an make the main significant of having extensive ft. it is definitely complicated to run into me and knock me over. :) as properly, i've got have been given considered what happens at the same time as a society will become obsessed on tiny ft.

I wear a size 10, Just buying shoes that don't look like some Grandma shoes is a task all on it's own!! But if you can find them, wear them proudly!!!

If you make your feet look good, then don't be ashamed!!!! Get a pedicure, take care of them and then don't give a ____ what others think. There are so many shoes out there for people of all sizes. Shop around and don't be ashamed of what god gave you!!!!

I am the same sz. as you and I am perfectly fine with wearing flip flops!! Dont worry about it, as long as you have some cute flip flops on and a nice pedi you'll look great. Trust me!!
