It doesn't mean anything really, not unless they used to do it all the time and have suddenly stoped then that would worry me.
My husband is not publicly affectionate either and doesn't hold my hand in public, he shows me he loves me in other ways away from other people, some men i think are just like that.
It doesn't mean he doesn't care or that he is ashamed of you or anything.
If you're worried ask him why he doesn't.

could be nothing i dont like to hold hands in public for some reason it just makes me uncomfortable but ti doesn't mean i don't love my wife

Either he is embarrassed to be seen with you, he has other women on the side, or he gets sweaty palms. Only you would know, by the way he treats you otherwise. Does he respect you, and introduce you to his family and friends as his girlfriend. If not, then it is time to leave--he does not care.

i dont know 4 sur..culd b one of many factors..shy, hates pda, has a sweaty palm problem, hands are dirty, arthritis?, doesnt want to., dislikes u. who knows mine doesnt cuz he prefers to hold my waist , like the hand hold 2. so we switch its odd. hope u can b happy have fun. tok a doobie!
