Chemical Castration - Yes well done Labour. I am all for this. However there are 2 flaws in your proposal. 1 is you are only doing this to repeat offenders (awwww so give them kiddy fiddlers a second chance) and 2 is ...ITS FCUKING VOLUNTARY!!!!!!!! (who in the right mind is going to say "yeh ok, chemically catsrate me")
Your thoughts Ladies and Gentlemen.

Ok, heres what I'd do. Chemically Castrate them on the first offence and enforce it on them. Talk about asking the obvious.

A - This shoudl only be enforced in extreme cases. Ok a 15 year old girl is under the age of consent...but a 17 year old boy is only 2 years older. I'm talking 40 year old men fiddling 8 year olds.

OK so your male, 17 years old going out with a 15 year old girl, you are now on a sex offenders register and it's your choice if you decide to opt for chemical castration, if she dumped you for your best friend who is also her brother I can understand why you may decide to move to Spain.

OK, so the voluntary part is stupid. However, here in the states, we can't get chemical castration for someone who does this sort of thing 10 times. I applaud your gov. for at least taking a shot reform.

Just another example of them clutching at straws.
The problem is that none of them have any backbone. Not one single MP is prepared to take a hard stance on these sorts of subjects and stick to it and fight their corner. They get pushed around by the PC and Human rights brigade. Criminals rights over victims, its a fvcking disgrace.
Give it another few years and people will start taking the law into their own hands and then we will have a problem.
Bloody left wing liberal middle class idiots.

one of the funniest jokes ive heard in a long time. ok, mine isnt to do with ur main point but i do want to add that the government spent 700million pound on the millenium dome. i mean really' there are people starving, the nhs is a mess and the schools are in need of repair. and yet they spent this absurd amount of money on something that many people didnt go to. and so they lost much much more. (it went into billions in losses i think) and then nobody wanted to buy it after it closed. so they spent 700mil to make a building that would stay open for only one year! yes, they are a joke
