I'm going to be serving the basics hot dogs, hamburgers & all the fixin's. And I also want to let them know to stay after for a fire & smores. Do you have any cute suggestions?

Let's Grill!
Come hungry and ready to party!
(Hang with us for a fire & smores after the BBQ too!)

Lots of times people will look inside for a list of menu items, so you could just have the menu in the center of the inside of the invitation, with "s'mores over a fire" at the end.

Or you could make your invitation look like a s'more. Maybe send it wrapped in tin foil.

I would put text at angles all over the outside; such as bar b q, grilling, cook out, fire up the barbie, etc.
You might include the hours, say 4pm - 11pm, or whatever.
Just keep it casual, like the bbq.

You can keep it simple:

"DOGS, BURGERS, S'MORES....'NUFF SAID!"

Or you can be formal:

"You are hereby cordially invited to appear at a cookout on the fourth day of July, in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Seven. Please R.S.V.P. "
