I know why someone's learning Japanese...?

Take one person who could care less about Japan besides what's in the news, add in the telepathy factor, and BAM! She's been learning Japanese for a reason.

If you don't understand what I mean, I'll make this simple: There is world telepathy, where people hear/read/receive the thoughts of one person at this very moment while she's awake. Until now, that person's been the only one.

But, not for long. Once that person is cured, there will be another one, this time one who speaks Japanese. And that's why the person that I know has been learning Japanese!

Confirm, or deny? And explanations welcome.
