When was the last time you followed a piece of advice your mother gave you?

Yesterday. She told me to use the hairdryer to melt candle wax of the cups that I kept the candles in. It worked just as she said it would.

Right now. She told me to know when to hold back when trying to get a guy. Coz guys like to be the predator. So far its working, but the in-between waiting is dreary...

Oh and to make my bed before leaving for work... Gives me a sense of accomplishment and can't wait to get into my clean tidy room after a hard day's work...

I followed her advice when she said the the man I'm with now was a keeper, and to not get rid of him. She was 100% right about that...I kept him :)

i am 49 an i still take advice from my mom.the last time she gave me advice was two days ago .she told me to stop babysitting my grandkids so much.an to treat my self to a lazy day ,i did it felt wonderful<<<<<<<<<

i used to lose my temper all the time when ppl provoked me or irritated me for no reason and mum told me its best never to react to such ppl and if u wanna really let em know how n what u feel about em .. just ignore them !! thats the best way to insult the person !! and it works :) she was so right !
