I prefer a window - but I'd rather have an aisle seat than a center seat.

if it's a new trip for me I'd like a window seat so I can take pictures. If I've seen the view already I'd prefer an aisle seat.

Aisle - as far from the window as possible! I don't want to be reminded that I am thousands of feet above the ground!

Window if it's a short one cos i don't usually need to get out. If you sit near the aisle you have to stand up every time someone needs to pee! It's really annoying lol!
