i need to know how to open my brinks fire safe.?

my new fire safe has a dual lock, i think, it has a combination and a key part. i have both but it still wont open.

With all due respect, if the safe was mine, the first place I'd connect with would be BRINKS.

It should go left right left, turn key . Or you might need to call Brinks with the serial # of your safe. If it has a lever handel, it should be on the back of that. Use a mirror to see. Bye
