Ya! Type in limewiredownloads.com on your computer & then you download the free trial. When it's done you can go to the movie section & enter a movie (but don't get your hopes up the movie may not download or may not be there!)

I think there's no site that u can watch without downloading
maybe youtube but it's actually downloading it

try youtube or a good one is www.quicksilverscreen.net but that is mostly TV shows i think
