Has any one seen The Lord of the Rings musical, and was it any good?

Yeah I went to see it in London last Friday. I'm a huge fan of the books and the films, but I'm not sure if it really works as a musical.
As you can imagine they have to leave quite a lot out as it's only 3 hours long and the second act seemed really rushed. It wasn't too bad though, and there were a few nice moments. It's worth checking out if you a real LOTR fan.
