Is there a way to connect my pc to my cell phones internet ax using the network card?

example. Say I have a verizon wireless network card for a laptop. Can I use it in my pc and if so what parts would I need to do it?

You can use it in your pc by purchasing a cardbus to pci adapter and installing it in the desktop.
