The seventh Seal is through a strategies my popular. The Bicycle Thief, Loves of a Blonde (an early Milos Forman, the director of one Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and and Amadeus) and eight a million/2 are all up there too. even if, i'm nowhere close to as knowledgeable in overseas movie as i'd opt to be.

Hi, mine are "Amelie," "Belle Epoque," "Babette's Feast," "Cinema Paradiso" and "Fanny & Alexander." I heartfully recommend these films to anyone. For "Cinema Paradiso," see the version with the uncut ending.

1.) For sheer fine directorship by Bergman, "Fanny & Alexander" tops them all. Considered one of the Top 100 Movies of all time. Highly recommended.
2.) "Cinema Paradiso" has a good story and the ending will jerk the tears out of your eyes.
3.) "Amelie" for its lovable corniness.
4.) "Belle Epoque," watch the very young Penelope Cruz, and a funny story.
5.) "Babette's Feast" a story about Faith & Communion through culinary delights. This is a little-known jewel but I still highly recommend it.
