I would say so. Being open-minded is having the ability to look at all sides of an argument without quickly dismissing anything that goes against your way of thinking. Being open-minded means having the willingness to live outside the box once in a while.

Yes, I freely accept that other people have different opinions and different lifestyles.

I often embrace an alternative viewpoint, finding once explored, it is not nearly as far-fetched as I thought.

This has opened many new thought processes. Sometimes, I find myself discovering a whole new perspective on an idea I had never considered before.

Illuminating, really.

Very.

I am ok with my wife having male "friends" even tho some of the "friends" believe that they should have a "friends with benefits" with her. I allow her to make her own decisions and only step in when it is something she asks me to do of if I have information that goes beyond hers and it needs immediate attention.

Being openminded is akin to having trust

openminded is the place you have your man or woman opinion on issues yet you're prepared to alter the way you do issues. what you do isn't set in stone. and in no way say no to something without questioning approximately it.

I've always been one to have "Cable" thinking ear to ear and don't need a remote to turn it on. My thoughts can switch from what I could learn in cooking class to ooooh! Faster!
