I don't believe there are any current cabriolets designed for 5 occupants - all the common ones only seat four.

There was a 5-seat option on the 3dr Softback version of the first generation Land Rover Freelander, but that is the only 5-seat cabriolet I am aware of.

Not really, although there are technically 5 seat convertibles, you need to be an amputee to get in the back of them, even the larger cars like 3 Series and Saab 9-3's barely have enough room for children.

If I recall correctly the only one that is genuienly capable of carrying 5 adults in comfort is the Mercedes CLK Convertible.

The new four door Jeep Wrangler is a five passenger. The top is removable and so are the doors!
