I am presently working here at Qatar and I am planning to visit my girlfriend in dubai and she's also working there. My contract will end next year. I want to visit her before i will go the philippines for vacation. I just want to stay for 15 days or more. What are the requirments for visit visa? where i can apply for visa?

If you are under professional category and holding the Qatari residence permit valid for six months minimum, then you can visit Dubai without a prior visa. You will get 30 days entry visa upon arrival at Dubai airport.
If the validity is less than the mentioned period (6 months), I would suggest you to contact the Emirates airlines office in Qatar (Doha), they will assist you to obtain a visit visa for you.
