let him wear saree i tell you he will look really femine. follow the following points.
1-let him put on saree
2- put joora at his back or a hair band or so
3- use lipstick, bindi and kajal
4- if possible apply sindoor
5- tell him to walk in high heel sandles.
but dont wax or pluck out his hair or any those stuff, he may break up with you, remember it is difficult to find true friends. if possible just dress him like this but dont take him in front of every one, you two can enjoy this scene as it will help you two to become good friends as he will understand you and also that you care for him.

Forgive him. First of all even in friendship do not bet by putting inhuman or highly traumatic conditions. Betting is like gambling which is not good but if for fun u do so that does not mean that u both took the oath to follow the result. Friendship requires a lot of humanity, decency, tolerance on good things, compromise & principled sacrifices too. By forcing him for the conditions u may lose a good friend too. Frienship too has some limitations. Friends are not made for putting them in embarrasing conditions rather friends are helped to remove out of such conditions.

waxing would be kinda brutal, unless you just wanted to wax his eyebrows off completely, but that wouldnt really be part of the girly thing...

and ears pierced... thats too permanent for a bet. and really ouch, but you COULD get those really gaudy earrings at clairs that just clip on. it looks SO funny.

and you should dress him up as any of the following things:
1. Fairy Godmother (FAV, that would be HILARIOUS!!!, like with a pillow and stuff to make him fat! omg!)
2. Cinderella
3. Normal Faerie
4. Something with tights. like a ballerina
5. Barbie
6. Snow white
7. Easter bunny (with bows, and flowers, and a pink costume, just totally over the top)

OR!!! a nun. for a day. that would be REALLY funny. i would PAY to see that.

And you could do some great stuff with makeup

Lipstick, eyeshadow, blush. Clip-on dangling earrings. Bracelet. Pantyhose. Purse. Bra with stuffing in it. Fingernail polish. Skirt with shirt that has a bow in the front. Or a dress with a scarf you can attach to the shoulder. Low heels. If you use open-toed shoes, paint his toenails.

A bikini or full bathing suit with a skirt would be nice.
