Is Jay Manuel (of ANTM and CNTM) married?

He's a Canadian citizen and marriage in Canada is real for gay people. I'd figure that would affect him somehow. And he'd be very lucky too, working with male models that have strong potential to become his husband. Workplace romance and proximity is a heavily strong factor.
