Absolutely: The bible says "As a man thinks so he is/so he becomes" the Hypnotists says "What the subconscious mind receives as truth becomes reality what you imagine becomes your reality. What the subconscious mind accepts NO, conscious will can overide it."
The Psychologists say: What "You" as an individual perceive to be true becomes your reality your truth. What you think about, dwell on meditate on is your reality."
What you think, percieve imagine becomes your known reality. It does NOT! however mean it is The reality. It is not Ulitimate truth it is just how you see it. Your views are "A" reality not "The" reality. what you think determins your out come.

The mind works like this, what you think, becomes what you feel, that turns into what you decide to do, that equals Your physical actions.
If You have low self worth, and constant belief in self failure, then that is what you will become. You will perceive your circomstances in that way. You can't control what others do, or what your circomstances "The powers that be throw at you" What YOU CAN and Must Do: is Start thinking Positively acting positively and the way you perceive your circomstances makes things better.

It is not reality it is 'Your Reality" Your perception on life is how your life will be.

Yes, it is possible for that to happen. When a person believes that s/he is a failure, s/he will avoid or give up on opportunities. This is called "self-fulfilling prophecy". People who land themselves in this situation usually have low self-esteem and bad self-image. They focus too much on what they lack and fail to see their actual skills/talents. I hope this helps!

yes... it's all about the positive or negative vibes we send out into the universe... like take any "bad situation"... for example failing a class. a self-hatred type person will be like "oh no! i failed, i suck, i'm stupid", etc... but a positive person would take it as a chance to learn and say it will help them in the long run... see it's the same situation it just depends on how you look at it... and the more positive person will probably pass the class the second time because they would be more motivated... catch my drift?
