1. Take out a blank sheet of paper or open up a word processor where you can type (I prefer the latter because it’s faster).
2. Write at the top, “What is my purpose in life?”
3. Write an answer (any answer) that pops into your head. It doesn’t have to be a complete sentence. A short phrase is fine.
4. Repeat step 3 until you write the answer that makes you cry. This is your purpose.

my calling is to help stray animals and to heal. I found out about the animals because they find me like a fly to honey and the later over the years by strange happenings.

Writer!! I started when I could first hold a pencil. My teachers told me I had a talent for it from 2nd grade to college. Now my newspaper editors tell me that :) (and soon hopefully book publishers will)

I found my calling all my life i liked to draw and paint so it was through trial and error and learning curves that I came back to what i feel i am best at.

Really KNOW YOURSELF. You'll know what you like and what you don't. Pay very close attention to yourself. It's a lot harder than it sounds.
I finished undergrad and was applying to med school and knew that it wasn't right for me. I switched to filmmaking, making a lot less money than I would've had I gone to medshool, but I love my life.

I still haven't figured out a calling....I really, really, really want to be a teacher of higher level studies...but I haven't quite made it yet.

dancing...but I choose not to take it into action...b/c where I live there is no high school dance team or anything like that...most people don't ever know that I love to dance...just not in public...but if there was a dance team...I would be the first to sign up...believe me.
