Because memories of good times are always exaggerated in our minds. And when we're in a long relationship, we get so used to not knowing just ourselves as companionship, we fear being alone. That's why it's so hard to get over someone. If a relationship ends, it means it wasn't a good one.....

i ask myself the same question when i catch myself thinking about him its not that its hard its just frustration to have the need and wanting to see or just talk to that person i just completely try to shut down and ignore it all that comes to that particular person it works sometimes
