my fiance's father's ex-girlfriend was the worst woman I've ever met! when they were still together she made it very clear to me that she was racist the first day I met her and my fiance's father made it very clear to me that she was just a slut -a mother of three who cheated on her boyfriend of seven years every night while he was home taking care of her kids (not his)...I myself have witnessed her yelling at him to take care of her kids on christmas as well as the many disturbing conversations I've had with her
well they've been broken up for over six months but she still feels the need to call almost everyday to curse us or to beg for him back...and every once in awhile she'll stop by to bother him (usually when she just got dumped by some younger guy)...today she came over and brought her daughter to visit with my sister (they hate each other and aren't even near in age)...dad let her in and the first thing she does is scream "I HATE BLACK CATS!" who does this?! what do I do now?

Okay, you understand that your black cat is not the issue, right? The ex-girlfriend is having trouble accepting that it's over with your future father-in-law and that's his problem, not yours, to solve. He has to explain to her that things are over and she needs to find a new man to harrass. If she keeps bothering you, I think you may be within your rights to get a Restraining Order taken out on her, but you'd have to check with your local police to be sure about that.

Why talk to her? Why let her in the house? Your fiance's father is the one to control the situation. Maybe he's flattered that she's after him all the time, but to keep peace in the family he needs to tell her to GO AWAY. Does he have caller ID? When he sees her number, don't answer. Block her number so she can't get through. Don't open the door when she comes over, no matter who she drags along for whatever reason. She obviously has mental health issues. Pretend you're not home. Of course she hates black cats. So would a rat.

Kindly let her know she's not welcome in your house. When she says she hates black cats, tell her that she doesn't have to come over, that you prefer black cats. Make sure Dad doesn't want anything to do with her if he is living there too. He should be the one to tell her, but he may not have the guts to. If she wants to "dump" her kids off, tell her that you all have plans and can't change them and you don't have room for them or something to that effect.

Go out when she comes. If your dad isn't home, just don't open the door. Introduce you dad to your friends mothers.

Tell her, "Well, I'm sorry to hear that, but the cat lives here and you don't...this is his (her) house"
