Friend, Enemy, Family Member or Yahoo "P&S"er...I hope they all just tell me like it is...I don't have time for BS in my life :)

Someone who sucks up to me is not my friend. I have a difficult time being around someone who thinks they know what I want to hear...surprise! They don't! True friends will tell you like it is because they care about what happens...however, all honesty needs to be tempered with a little compassion!

I'm a pretty honest outspoken type of gal,
and I appreciate friends who are the same,
as long as they're not rude or obnoxious.
If I want a puppy to follow me around,

I prefer a friend who tells it like it is, definitely. There's no guessing or mind games then.

I prefer my friends to be genuine and honest. They don't have to be mean about it, but I'd appreciate their honesty. There are times though, that it would not be helpful though. So the best of friends are those that know when to open their mouths and when to keep them shut.

CANNOT STAND suck ups. They always turn out to be the single white female type. They better have pretty thick skin to be my friend, as well.

i prefer honesty. my girlfriend today was just telling people that she loves me because i dont sugar coat anything. i dont tell her what she wants to hear. i tell her the truth. and i expect the same. except when i am pms-ing. LOL
