Death; termination of life...The state of being dead.

Death is the permanent end of the life of a biological organism. Death may refer to the end of life as either an event or condition. Many factors can cause or contribute to an organism's death, including predation, disease, habitat destruction, senescence, malnutrition and accidents. The principal causes of death in modern human societies are diseases related to aging. Traditions and beliefs related to death are an important part of human culture, and central to many religions. In medicine, biological details and definitions of death have become increasingly complicated as technology advances.

I haven't personally experienced death, I know a number of people that have died, As of yet I haven't had the opportunity to discuss the subject with any of them.
There is various philosophy's you can get on the subject.
The most important thing to me is not that we all die, What's important is the quality of life you have while your here.
Because "We all die, not everyone live's".

Death is the only thing that is certain in life.

Therefore it is a powerful tool that can teach us to appreciate life and make decisions based on its certainty. (ie take risks and don't settle)
