I know u catch it at a waterfall but which 1? and some1 told me behind but idk wat "behind" the waterfall means ? can som1 tell me plzzzzzz !!!!!!

First, you have to beat the Elite Four and retrieve the National Pokedex. You need a Super Rod, if you don't have it, then go to the Fight Area and ask the fisherman near the gate.
Okay, now go to Mount Coronet, the fourth floor. Use the Super Rod by the waterfall on that floor. You have a 30 percent chance of finding a Dratini at Levels 15-20.
You can also catch a Dragonair there. It has a small 5 percent chance of finding one there with the Super Rod though. It can appear at Levels 15-40. You can catch a Dratini and just evolve it at level 30 though.

There is a waterfall in mountain coronet. You see it on your way to catching Dialga/Palkia. Beat the elite four, get the national pokedex and use a super rod there.

go to the pokemon championship waterfall but u got to get all the legendary pokemon
