Unfortunately him sleeping has nothing to do with you not sleeping. Personally, I have had a sleep problem all my adult life and I feel your frustration. It's hard to say why you are not sleeping from your question but there are usually reasons those who do not sleep; don't sleep but it takes tests and problem solving. I know why I do not sleep. I had a shock out of sleep experience in my twenties that is why I don't sleep more than 2-3 hours and even then I take Benedryl nightly just to get that sleep. I will never sleep through the night until I resolve my own fears from that incident but normally there are reasons behind sleeplessness but a sleeping partner is not it unfortunately. Talk with your Dr. or friends; sleeplessness is more common than most people realize. Good Luck.

Just normally or when you have had an argument? My husband can fall asleep in less than 10 seconds- no exaggeration. I on the other hand, have to read, de-stress for a minimum of an hour. Just our body's natural internal clocks I do believe and our very different abilities to tune out the days worries.

because unlike women, men dont dwell on situations they cant fix or have no control over, women somehow think that if they lay in bed and think things over, shoulda woulda coulda themselves to death, they will solve their problems
