"Outta My System" is a song about a person missing their ex and he can't get over her and hence wants to get her "outta his system."
"Makes Me Wonder" is a song about a person who used to care about someone and that someone betrayed them somehow, and now they're wondering why they ever cared about 'em.

It's actually simple if you listen to the lyrics, although songs can mean different things to different people.
Outta My System is about a guy who can't get on with his life without this special girl that he's talking about.
Makes Me Wonder is about a guy who wants a girl but things keep happening, so he's wondering if it will ever work out for them.
